The app is very simple to use. The 6 categories are as follows:


Flags: The digital flip cards are always randomised. All you need to do is flip the digital card for the answer.


Sounds. For audio sound signals in restricted visibility click the caption for the answer.


Nav Lights. with over 50 night time Nav light situations, flip each digital card for vessel description, sound signal, day signal, and what action the OOW could do in accordance with COLREGS.


Morse: The digital flip cards are always randomised. All you need to do flip the card for the answer.


Buoyage: For buoyage there is digital flip cards for region A & B. There are also mock MCA exams giving you plenty of practice for the real thing. Just like a real exam, you are giving a model boat, told where the direction of buoyage is, and also told what course your on or where north lies. You then select what side to pass each buoyage. For MCA orals you need to get 100% to pass.


COLREGS: There are a number of COLREGS animated situations in this section. Please think what action you would take in accordance with the rules and flip each card for the answer.
